Action in the district court for Martin county to recover for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff arising out of an auto accident while he was repairing the car of the defendant Frank Rehse stalled on the highway. The case was tried before Julius E. Haycraft, Judge, and a jury. The court directed a verdict for the defendants Louis and Wayne Lutz, and the jury returned a verdict of $30,000 for plaintiff against the defendants Cecil and Duane Lewis and Frank Rehse. From separate orders denying their alternative motions for judgment or a new trial, the defendants Lewis and Rehse appealed.
